For instance, when searching for a list named "Marketing Campaign," if multiple lists with the same name exist in different folders, it becomes challenging to identify the correct one. This hampers the efficiency of task creation. To enhance the user experience, I propose the following features: An option to display only the matching lists when searching by name A filter setting to include or exclude spaces and folders from the search results Implementing these features would streamline the task creation process on the mobile app, making it more efficient and user-friendly. ClickUp is a multifunctional platform that significantly boosts user productivity and is indispensable in daily operations.
