The My Tasks → My Priorities feature is currently limited to creating new tasks, which can be frustrating—especially on mobile—because it doesn’t allow users to add or pull in existing tasks from elsewhere. Expanding this functionality to include selecting already-created tasks would greatly improve workflow efficiency, reduce duplication, and make task prioritization more flexible across devices. Similar to how online tools simplify complex processes—like estimating take-home pay with platforms such as https://stipendionettocalcolatore.it/ adding the ability to reuse existing tasks would streamline the experience and better match real user needs.

We really need the ability to add tasks to My Priorities on mobile. Was hoping Clickup 4.0 would introduce this but not yet. Joey any update since July with support for this in 4.0? Thanks

The "My Priorities" section currently only allows users to create new tasks but lacks the functionality to add or pull in existing tasks, especially on mobile—this limits workflow flexibility. For better productivity, users should be able to tag or move existing tasks into "My Priorities" without starting from scratch. For instance, just like on external platforms such as https://trafficriderr.net, where users can revisit and interact with existing content seamlessly, integrating a similar feature here would enhance usability and efficiency across devices.
