Automations for posting to social media pages/accounts like Facebook Pages, Twitter, LinkedIn Pages, Instagram, etc.
I tried setting up social media management in ClickUp but it’s kind of pointless for small teams because ClickUp doesn’t post to any accounts.
It would be great to be able to use automations to make ClickUp a scheduler for social posts. You could set conditions like “If a Status is PUBLISH and a Custom Field (Channel) is FACEBOOK, then post the task Description to Facebook Page.”
It would be even better if we could create more complex recipes using custom fields to craft posts.

Larin Littwin I reached out to ClickUp and found out that a PostFlow subscription allows you to post directly from ClickUp through PostFlow to all of the above social media accounts.

Ivan Villa Another thing to consider. Meta penalizes you (in their algorithm) if you don't publish directly through them.

I accomplished this using a connection to Hootsuite through Zapier! When my custom field "Content Stages" changes to scheduled it runs through a text formatter and some python code and then uses Zapier's paths function to send a message to hootsuite for the correct account. I set my accounts using a labels field in Clickup, feed a media url into my zap from a file custom field and my caption is a long text area custom field. It's been working great for my team and I'm working with Zapier to get it working with multiple images.

Yes!! Need this in ClickUp. Would be cool if you have a whole social media content planner/list of tasks and it would take the media in a task (based on channel) and it would post all the tasks in a list at a particular frequency and either generate captions or allow a caption input field too.
