From support ticket: Ability to 'Schedule Send' emails

We need an integration with proton business suite for their emails, calendar and drive. In that order of priority. We had to move to proton to be more secure and its really frustrating that they aren't supported in clickup. I've attempted to setup the IMAP/SMTP for email, but it keeps failing, even with using the proton mail bridge.

The user wants a Hunter-style email verification/enrichment integration so the SaaS Outreach Agent can use accurate, verified contact emails without manual work. Problem Super Agents can’t query external email enrichment tools (Hunter, Apollo, etc.). They sometimes use guessed or generic emails, hurting deliverability and targeting. Current workaround is: Only use clearly verified public emails. Label unverified/pattern-based emails and default to LinkedIn when no verified email exists. User must still manually run emails through tools like Hunter and update ClickUp and Gmail. Proposed solution Add a native email verification/enrichment integration (Hunter-style) inside ClickUp. Connect via workspace-level API keys to providers like Hunter.io or Apollo. Let the SaaS Outreach Agent: Look up and verify the best email for a specific role at a company (e.g., VP Marketing). Enrich leads with name, title, domain, confidence score, etc. Receive confidence scores and verification status. Behavior based on results: Prefer high-confidence, verified business emails. Clearly mark low-confidence/unverifiable emails. Auto-update ClickUp tasks: Primary Contact Email Email Verification Status Confidence Score Use verified emails in Gmail drafts/templates. Admin & controls Workspace-level controls for which spaces/lists/agents can use the integration. Visibility into lookup usage/quotas. User value / impact Higher quality outreach to the right marketing decision-makers. Less manual copy-paste between ClickUp and external tools. Better deliverability and sender reputation (fewer bounces, fewer wrong inboxes). More trustworthy AI-generated outreach that needs less editing. Example workflow New SaaS SEO lead is created. SaaS Outreach Agent prepares outreach. Agent calls the integration with company domain + target role. Integration returns high-confidence verified email(s). Agent: Uses the best verified email in Gmail drafts and task comments. Logs verification status and confidence score in custom fields. Falls back to LinkedIn-first outreach only if no verified email is found.

I really hate that I always have plenty of Company Logos within my task attachements. Please stop that.

I view most of my ClickUp notifications and any comments that come my way in my Outlook email app. It would be hugely helpful if I could thumbs up and respond to a comment directly from the email (see attachment) rather than having to click "view comment", wait for the browser to open, and then replying from there. A note that when I click "view comment", it never loads quickly -- it always takes about a minute to load the project / comment in the ClickUp browser which is inefficient. It's not a browser problem as other things load instantly. It would be such a help if I could thumbs up and respond to comments directly from my Outlook email rather than having to view the comment in a browser and responding from there. Thanks!

Hello, It would be great to be able to add attachments and more features to ClickUp email templates. We love being able to send emails and receive responses within ClickUp. An added benefit would be the ability to organize better or group the templates. Thanks!

The layout of our incoming mails, forwarded from Gmail into ClickUp are poorly formatted, it would be great if they are formatted in rich text. For example, bold text is shown as * " bold text " " instead of actual bold text.

I rely heavily on the email feature within ClickUp tasks, but I find it extremely frustrating that there is no integration with Google Contacts. Every time I need to add a recipient, I have to leave ClickUp, open Google Contacts, search for the contact, and manually copy the email address into the task. This disrupts my workflow and wastes valuable time. A direct integration or auto-complete feature that allows users to search and insert Google Contacts when composing emails in tasks would be a huge productivity boost. This is a critical feature for anyone using ClickUp as a central hub for communication and task management.
