What are some work-arounds? My company uses Microsoft. I've used ClickUp personally before and can search through emails on the app but I can't do that now.
This is now especially important with super agents.

Highly important to effectively use this feature within a M365 tenant with shared mailboxes.

Hey Katie, thanks for the request. This is actually a limitation with one of our email service partners. Hopefully, they’ll make it available to us someday so we can offer it to all our customers.
