Add due dates to assigned comments and show them on the calendar and allow closing them off from the calendar view.

Hi There! I see all the tasks that I have planned for my day on the top of my calendar on the section "All day" and that is great! however, there are several things that would be great to fix and improve, see my notes below: when I mark tasks done, the tasks showing in my calendar don't go away. they stay there. if it is a 2 way sync, when I mark something done or moved to another day etc, It should reflect in my calendar, right? Any meetings I add under google calendar or that my team adds, they don't over to the calendar in click up. and even when I adjust the time of a task to be done specifically, like it is not updated in the CU Calendar... am I missing something maybe? let me know. thank you!

It would be helpful for there to be a default option on the calendar view to only show tasks on the day they are due. Right now, when a task has a start and end date, there is a large block that goes through all of the days from start date to end date. When you have multiple tasks due on the same day plus others that are do days after it makes the calendar very cluttered and hard to use because you just see a bunch of colored bars running through each day. If we could have an option for the start and end date to be filled out but only show a task on the due date that would be amazing. It being default instead of a custom field is also important, we don't want to see a custom field date show up on the calendar view. The current solution to this is to just remove the start dates from tasks, but we would like to be able to keep start dates populated in each task.

I would love the ability to create multiple work schedules within ClickUp and assign tasks, Lists, Spaces, or task types to a specific schedule. Right now, a single working schedule doesn't always reflect how people actually structure their time. For example, I might have separate schedules for: * Personal / Home * Client Work * Business / Administrative Work * Community or Volunteer Work Each schedule could have its own available hours. For example: Home / Personal: 7:00 AM–9:00 AM and evenings Work: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Community: specific evenings or weekends When a task is created, it could be assigned to one of these schedules. ClickUp's calendar and AI scheduling features would then only schedule that task within the appropriate availability window. This was one of my favourite features in Motion. I could have home-care tasks automatically scheduled in the morning before my work schedule began, while work tasks would only be placed during my designated working hours. It made automatic scheduling much more useful because the calendar understood that not all "available time" is interchangeable. I think this would be especially valuable for freelancers, business owners, people with multiple jobs, and anyone using ClickUp for both their personal and professional life. Potential functionality: * Create and name multiple schedules * Set different working hours and days for each schedule * Assign a default schedule to a Space, Folder, List, or task * Override the schedule on individual tasks * Have AI/automatic scheduling respect the assigned schedule * Allow schedules to overlap when appropriate Essentially, instead of ClickUp only knowing when I am available , it would also understand what kind of work I am available for during that time .

If I have a task that will take 8 hours to allow me to schedule 4 hours for Monday and 4 hours for Tues. (Roel)

I would like to request the addition of the date and time system in Portuguese to the calendar

Please make a task's Planner focus time block status available throughout ClickUp as a task attribute that can be used in Automations, filters, views, and reporting. Today, ClickUp knows whether a task has been scheduled with a Planner focus time block, but that information appears to be available only within the Planner UI. I'd like to be able to identify and take action on any task based on whether it has been time blocked. For example, I should be able to: -Filter a List or view to show tasks with a Planner time block -Filter for tasks without a Planner time block -Create an Automation when a time block is added The larger need is simply for ClickUp to expose whether a task has been time blocked. Once that information is available as a filterable/automatable task property, users could create many different workflows around it. Planner scheduling should not be purely visual. If ClickUp knows a task has been timeblocked on someone's calendar, that scheduling state should be usable elsewhere in ClickUp.

Feature request: Auto-cascading time blocks in Planner. When I drag/move one scheduled task to a different time, I'd like all lower-priority tasks to automatically shift to fill the gaps in order, similar to how Gantt dependencies cascade due dates. Ideally I could rank tasks in a list view by priority (drag and drop), and Planner would auto-schedule them into my available time slots in that order. The current AI Time-Blocking requires clicking the lightning bolt on each task individually, which doesn't respect overall priority ordering. I want "set priority order once → calendar auto-fills."

Hi, I would like to deselect the card agenda in the desktop version as I do not use this feature in click up and would like to have more space for my tasks. How can I manage that? Is there an option? Hint: The card cannot be moved neither are there the 3 points. Thank you and best regards, Corinna

Would love to have my Outlook/Office 365 Calendars in clickup. Just an embed would do the job....
