Quickbooks Online Sync integration

I integrated QuickBooks with ClickUp, but whenever I perform any action from the QuickBooks side, it doesn’t reflect on ClickUp, and it stays in failed tasks. I don’t understand the reasons behind it.

Quickbooks online sync with a different account

I try to reconnect with a different QuickBooks account but there is no option for me to do so. It looks like it is only looking for my work account, which is a DBA.
