The current integration with intercom could be more useful. Currently you have to link the task to each intercom conversation, but this then appears for all conversations with that user and isn't removed automatically when the task is complete. Integrating with intercom's task functionality like Jira does would be much more useful as the clickup task would be linked to a whole batch of conversations with the same issue.
