Integrate with intercom tickets

The current integration with intercom could be more useful. Currently you have to link the task to each intercom conversation, but this then appears for all conversations with that user and isn't removed automatically when the task is complete.
Integrating with intercom's task functionality like Jira does would be much more useful as the clickup task would be linked to a whole batch of conversations with the same issue.

I just found out that it doesn’t work properly at all, as you describe: you attach a task to a conversation and it gets populated to other conversations by the same user. I was very confused and thought that I linked a false task, so I unlinked it, and linked the proper one, just to find out, it populated throughout all conversations. Where every conversation has a different topic and is a different ticket, so also: another task. I can’t understand the logic behind it and it makes the integration practically unusable. I hope ClickUp team reads the comments here and will take it seriously. One of the reasons my company decided to switch to the combo Intercom + ClickUp was that there exists this integration. We haven’t thought that it might be that useless :(
