When creating a calendar event in ClickUp from a task to block focus time to work on it, it would be really helpful if the calendar event description on my Google Calendar had a link to the ClickUp Task. Right now, it's completely empty, so I don't have a reference to which task I was going to work on (outside of the calendar event name) without going directly into my ClickUp Planner and choosing it from there. Particularly since we work from project templates, the task name isn't always the most helpful, since we could have multiple tasks with the same name across multiple projects.

We've found significant value in using NotebookLM as a research tool during our ideation sessions. While we still use whiteboards, the podcasting feature has proven especially advantageous. By listening to discussions about a particular achievement we're aiming to meet, internal or for client, the team has been able to generate a wealth of new ideas—not directly from the tool itself, but through the collaborative insights sparked by engaging with it. If NotebookLM could integrate directly with ClickUp it would gain direct context saving us the need to move things over for these sessions. That would significantly boost our productivity. But what would really 10x things, is if ClickUp developed a NotebookLM-like tool with native context to our work and Brain. That would be another game-changer.

Please add direct WhatsApp Integration with Clickup. It will help us to send tasks and other notification directly on WhatsApp through Clickup.

I'd like the ability to sync events created in my Google Calendar and with my Outlook calendar back to ClickUp

Have a look at how Clockify integrates with Google Calendar. It would be great to have a similar feature, allowing us to simply view our Google Calendar activities within Clickup, and copy those which matter into the time tracking either as billable or non-billable. Simple and super helpful. Tks

Currently, when building automations with Zapier, there isn’t a straightforward way to find an existing task using a search field (such as task name, custom field, or external ID) before performing actions on it. Adding a “Find Task” action/trigger in Zapier would be extremely valuable. Our team frequently encounter scenarios where appointments are rescheduled. When that happens, we need to locate the corresponding ClickUp task and update the date/time fields manually. Without a “Find Task” step in Zapier, it becomes difficult to dynamically locate the correct task to update, which limits automation workflows. Thank you for considering this request!
