It would be very useful to have a Clients module/section, where we can record: The name and address of the organisation The primary point of contact in that organisation (name, phone, email) And then link the Client to relevant Projects.

Prompt the owner of a Workspace with a warning before they're charged for adding a new member.

I would like to see ClickUp show when a user on my team is logged in. This would be especially invaluable for chatting... nothing like trying to reach someone who turns out not to be logged in. Statuses should be like chat/Slack, perhaps Active, Away, Do Not Disturb. If Away or Logged Out, perhaps the last active time should also be shown. If it weren't for the guest square already on the icon, that would be a handy place to show whether the user is active and available. Another idea could be in the user's Profile.

it would be great to recognize team member position titles.. just like the names, maybe below there names their company title.

Like email inbox settings, it would be useful to set OOO or sickness messages to be able to automatically notify other users of your absence.

User can tap their profile to locate a Time-Off Request Button. This will notify HR of the request to approve/decline, which will notify the user. In addition to this, an HR Dashboard separate from Spaces/Lists would house each employee's requests and time-off history for quick evaluation. Unlike spaces or lists awkwardly serving this function without privacy, a dedicated HR Dashboard connected to employee profiles and requests would provide privacy of requests between colleagues. ---- To add: I can imagine Click-Up having Spaces & Lists for project management, then an HR Dashboard with advanced User Profiles for managing employee time-off requests, history of approved/decline requests, and private notes.

Add a function for administrator can edit profile of membres (name, avatar, email...) and list of privileges

It is strange that if you miss clicked and invited user as a guest or if you like to change him into view only guest, there is no shortcut for that, you should remove user and re-invite it as view only guest, this is the only way.

"User Landing Page" that would contain high level info relevant to the user: i.e. Quick overview of open assigned tasks / sub-tasks / comments / reminders --> with links to filtered results that would list the above at detailed level info about upcoming milestones conversations snippet view view of most recent notes / docs / drafts --> with links to those notes / docs weekly calendar view recent activity overview - while you were gone section bookmarks etc... Not sure what the plan for dashboards is, but if they prove to be flexible and if the custom filters could be placed on them, then the above could be accomplished with dashboard.
