I need clear options that let me choose how I want to handle multiple assignees in the reporting and the subtotals and totals need to be calculated in the same method. The current view gives no clarity or explanation around calculation of totals and is very restrictive for an imaginary goal. It would be better to be able to chose single or multiple count and then show the number in the team total that were multi-counted. When looking at the Everything - Team View the totals are inconsistently calculated, creating meaningless figures that don't even add up to their subtotals. According to your "AI" help, this is to insure that the team total doesn't double count multiple assignees, however the result is constantly changing totals that give no sense of why or how they changed. Firstly, irrespective of method chosen, the subtotals should be calculated the same method as the overall totals, see first screenshot where the individual statuses totals in the red box, add up to more than the totals in the yellow box - this is objectively wrong information, if it pro-rata's the top it should pro-rata the statuses, else totals for each status would be, by Click-Ups definition, wrong. Looking at my second screenshot, we then see that if I am looking at the whole team, my colleague and I show as having done a combined 1206, however if I filter to just the two of us, we show a combined 1294. An amazing productivity increase of 88 tasks completed out of seemingly nowhere, this just becomes more absurd as I filter by different groupings and teams, and there is no logical way to predict the outcome. I can see no way that showing figures in this method is useful to anyone, however if it is, I just want the option to change how it calculate consistently.
