Tamlyn Koga 1. It would be really helpful if the Out of Office (OOO) statuses across each user profile could sync seamlessly in the Workload View. For example, our current SOP asks team members to set their status in ClickUp when they’re on leave. Once that’s done, it will automatically grey them out in the Workload view, which is great for visibility.
- We’d love to take this a step further by also showing both:
• Time Estimates, and
• Time Tracked
…at the same time in the same view. Not sure yet how it would look like, but it would really help with planning, resource allocation, and understanding bandwidth. Thank youuuu!
- View full path of the tasks/subtasks as well, please. Include space > folder > list > parent.

Hello,
Thanks for a great workload view!
I might have found a bug: total time estimates from subtasks are not calculated for the workload in the workload view (I have turned on the ClickApp).
Sometimes I only input time estimates in my subtasks, so I want this to be shown in the workload view. However, right now it doesn't do so. But if I input the time estimate manually for the main task, it will sum that up with the subtask estimates in other places. So there seems to be no solution.
Could you take a look at this?

This update no longer allows us to directly see the name of the space to which the task is associated. This is quite annoying because we no longer see which client the task corresponds to. It is of course, possible to see the entire task path from the task details, but it takes us far too long to open all the tasks for each person.
Wouldn't it be possible to put the space name back in the task header?

I think it would be helpful to have an option for the view to sequence unscheduled tasks (stuff with no start/end data) sequentially vs in parallel (the view currently assumes that the assignee works on all unscheduled tasks a proportional amount every day, which is simply not how any productive team executes work)

Can we have workload based ont Time track option ?

I'm not a fan. The text doesn't display correctly within the set task times, there's no way to click through week by week and the continual scroll is awful to use on a desktop.

Within our digital agency, the setup of our space for client work is [Client Name] Folder > [Contract Name] List > [Deliverable/Component] Task > Workable/Assigned Subtasks.
While Workload allows for task location to display, only displaying the List Name does not provide clarity for what client the task is associated with, especially when contract names are very similar (Website Redesign, Website Build, etc).
We have a workaround where we're now adding client names to the contract list, while we also have the Client Name in the folder, and the client name as a custom field.

It would be incredibly helpful to see a view that only includes the future workload where a calculated field of time remaining (estimated time less time tracked) is displayed over the timeline that is left. That would help actually project the capacity/workload that is left.
