Current this is only available at the space level. I'd like create Custom Task IDs at all levels. Workspace, space, folder, list.

Description: Onboarding new employees is slowed down by the current limitations in customizing the guest or new user experience. As an admin, I would like the ability to: Apply a Workspace Template: Before onboarding, I want to select and apply a workspace template to a new user’s profile. This template should include default favorites, sidebar sections, and navigation items relevant to their role (such as SOPs, manuals, and key resources). Admin-Controlled Navigation: Allow admins to pre-configure the navigation bar, Home Sidebar, and favorites for new users or guests. This ensures every new employee starts with the right tools, resources, and structure, reducing confusion and ramp-up time. Template Management: Enable admins to create, save, and manage multiple onboarding templates for different roles or departments. Impact: This feature would streamline onboarding, ensure consistency, and help new employees become productive faster by giving them immediate access to the most important resources and navigation structure.

Ability to switch between accounts (not workspaces) quickly. I have one account for work and one for personal projects. It'd be nice to be able to switch on desktop and iphone apps. Thanks!

Problem: ClickUp 4.0 introduces Channels and Direct Messages as prominent, always-visible UI elements, but there are missing controls that admins need: No way to delete a channel (at least not that I can find) No way to disable Channels at the workspace level No way to hide Channels from key UI areas (e.g., action bar / views area, Home navigation) Same issue for Direct Messages: no ability to hide it from Home, or disable it entirely Why this matters: Many teams already have a company-approved messaging platform (Slack, Teams, etc.). Without admin controls, Channels/DMs become: A forced second source of truth for communication A compliance / policy issue (teams can't enforce "use the approved chat tool") UI clutter for teams who will never adopt ClickUp chat/channels/DMs Requested solutions: Workspace setting: Disable Channels (on/off) Workspace setting: Disable Direct Messages (on/off) Per-user preference: Hide Channels and/or DMs from Home + navigation (even if workspace-enabled) Channel lifecycle controls: Allow delete (or at least archive + purge with admin permissions) Permissions: Ability to restrict who can create Channels (admins only, or specific roles)

Please can you make a feature to celebrate a closing of a task? Not all task closings are the same and some deserve special excitement. Great for feedback and praise for team members.

Hello, I would like to report an issue with the Italian localization. The native Time Estimate field is currently translated as ‘Durata stimata’, which is misleading because it suggests calendar duration rather than estimated effort (man-hours). This translation creates confusion for project managers when planning workloads. A more accurate and consistent translation would be ‘Effort stimato’ or ‘Impegno Stimato’. Please allow us to set a work schedule by team or space. It appears to only work on our workspace as a whole which is no use when we have colleagues working different shifts.

Make it possible to move a task into a list/project/space belonging to another team.

In the Anglo-Saxonic world (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.), the comma (",") is used to separate the thousands and the dot (".") is used to separate the decimals. And this is also the way ClickUp works right now. But, in most of continental Europe, Latin America, parts of Africa, etc., it's the opposite. We use the dot to separate the thousands and the comma to separate the decimals. ClickUp already have some international settings (like the start of the week on Monday vs Sunday; Time format 12 hours vs 24 hours; and date format). But to be able to set the thousands and decimals separator, is also something very important. So please, add also this setting in order that international users can see all numbers, money values, etc. in the way we are used to.
