Description: Onboarding new employees is slowed down by the current limitations in customizing the guest or new user experience. As an admin, I would like the ability to: Apply a Workspace Template: Before onboarding, I want to select and apply a workspace template to a new user’s profile. This template should include default favorites, sidebar sections, and navigation items relevant to their role (such as SOPs, manuals, and key resources). Admin-Controlled Navigation: Allow admins to pre-configure the navigation bar, Home Sidebar, and favorites for new users or guests. This ensures every new employee starts with the right tools, resources, and structure, reducing confusion and ramp-up time. Template Management: Enable admins to create, save, and manage multiple onboarding templates for different roles or departments. Impact: This feature would streamline onboarding, ensure consistency, and help new employees become productive faster by giving them immediate access to the most important resources and navigation structure.
