If you want this to be an application used in actual software development use cases - you need to enable a program manager who accesses multiple project to move tasks to other workspaces. If you're catering to the free users that use this for everything from wedding planning to class reunions then just leave this on the backlog for another year. Appreciate your consideration for paying users.
