From support ticket: I mistakenly created a form in the wrong list. I am supposed to give a demo to our team but need to move it to the correct list. How can I do this?

I would like form submissions to be able to be named automatically from the custom field data.

Ability to add logic inside of logic. For example: Being able to drill into different locations Country>State>City.

I'm trying to migrate several forms for internal organization as we're growing and onboarding more. I am looking to get help in moving a form that is inside of a folder and move it to a list.

Allow form to send a confirmation to user submitting the form along with a copy of their entry

I use forms to register really heavy tasks for sales. These heavy tasks later need to be split in subtasks to map every item in it independently, and having to create an entire new task just because I need separate tickets per item, make it really complex to do as most of the fields information will be the same as the parent task.

Hi ClickUp Team, I'd like to request a feature enhancement for the Phone Number field in ClickUp Forms. 📌 Current Behavior: The phone number field currently defaults to the US (+1) country code with no option to change the default. Users have to manually scroll and select their country every time they fill out the form. ✅ Requested Feature: Please add an option in the phone field settings (under the Build tab) to: • Set a default country code of our choice (e.g., India +91) • Save this preference per field so it persists across all form submissions 💡 Why This Matters: For businesses operating outside the US — especially in countries like India, the UK, Australia, etc. — the current default creates unnecessary friction for respondents. Since most of our customers are from India, having them manually change the country code every time leads to errors and a poor form experience. This is a small but impactful UX improvement that would make ClickUp Forms significantly more usable for a global audience. Hope this can be considered in an upcoming update. Use forms to update existing tasks fields. E.g in the inventory management template.. Use forms to CheckOut or CheckIn assets into the inventory using custom forms and update the value of stock in background.

Is it possible to have this feature added for forms: Clip: Record & Share so external users not logged in could submit tickets to my larger team? The benefit would be enormous to having external team members in warehouses submit clips of their screen, and further even other videos to document their physical ticket aspects, right now the upload process takes to long. So again, I am hoping to have an external form published with the ability to do Clip: Record & Share, and further eventually send phone camera details in, not just screen recordings.
