Feature Request: Multi-Page Forms in ClickUp

Dear ClickUp Team,
I would like to propose the implementation of a feature that allows users to create multi-page forms within ClickUp.
Background:
For longer or more complex forms, it would be extremely helpful to organize fields across multiple pages or sections. For example, the first page could collect contact information, the second page could focus on project details, and the third page could gather feedback.
Specific Use Case:
I am currently developing a requirements catalog for small and medium-sized enterprises to help them comprehensively define all requirements for their e-learning projects. Due to the complexity of this catalog, it is essential to distribute the content across several pages. Otherwise, users may feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information presented on a single page.
Benefits:
- Improved clarity and structure for respondents
- Reduced abandonment rates, as the form will not appear overloaded
- Logical grouping of content by topic
- More professional and modern appearance of forms
- Greater flexibility for a variety of use cases
I am confident that this feature would be highly valuable to many users and would make working with forms in ClickUp even more effective.
Thank you very much for considering my suggestion.
Best regards,
Christopher Liebold

This also gives a +1 from me.
It is important that it works the same as Google Forms. If I choose option A on page 1, I want to display different pages than options B, C and D. Accordingly, the ClickUp task fields should also be dynamic.
