We should have the ability to export all docs on a space / folder / list / basis in bulk instead of having to do them all individually.

Explanation: When working with numbered lists in ClickUp Docs, sub-bullets (or any nested content) align flush with the number rather than with the text of the parent item. We'd like the option for nested content to indent to align with the first character of the parent line's text, while subsequent numbered items remain aligned with each other. This mirrors how indentation works in Microsoft Word and makes complex, multi-level documents much easier to read and maintain. Our team frequently drafts structured documents and the current behavior forces awkward visual alignment that reduces readability.

I would like to have different permissions for different pages of a document, e.g. I only want my admin assistance to see certain pages

Today I learned that moving pages around work well within ClickUp itself. However, the external links all break. Would be nice if those links can be forwarded to the new location. Each page has a unique ID anyway, so it should be a rather easy fix. It was especially annoying because I was very careful with ClickUp, asked AI specifically and on check it worked, but didn't check the external URL. No way to revert this unfortunately. Currently, ClickUp does not support embedding a Calendar view of a List directly into a ClickUp Doc, like you can do with a list, table, or board view. Ironically, if you paste the link to a list's calendar view inside a doc it will ask you if you want to just link or embed the view. If you click embed, it loads the preview UI, but nothing loads correctly inside of it.

It would be great to have more granular capabilities to restrict certain pages within docs to guests. Right now, you're only able to share the full doc with all the subpages so that requires us to make multiple separate docs for same purpose just because we only want to share certain pages with certain team members and guests thus creating duplicative work. We'd like to be able to just share certain subpages within a doc to certain members.

Synced blocks enclose any section of text/images/etc. that can then be copied elsewhere and can be edited in multiple locations and it updates everywhere. For example, if I write out a goal that I want to keep in front of me, I can add it to all relevant docs and task descriptions and if I make changes to it, it'll update everywhere else as well.

I'm currently building an agent that takes the AI notes, creates tasks. I want them to be related. Now it shows the doc link in the description, but a cleaner method is a linked doc, that I can then easily show in the list view in a seperate column. The alternatieve is a URL custom field, but you have no visibility of the doc name anymore.

The Docs hub currently only offers sorting by "Last updated" and "Last viewed". There's no option to sort alphabetically by document name or group by location (space/folder/list). For users managing 20+ documents across multiple spaces, date-based sorting is nearly useless for finding a specific doc. We need: Sort by name (A-Z / Z-A) Sort/group by location (which space, folder, or list the doc lives in) These are standard sorting options available on every other ClickUp view (tasks, lists, etc.) but missing from the Docs hub. It forces users to build workaround index lists just to navigate their own documents.

It would be really helpful if we could move existing documents to nested subpages. This would go a long way to making document re-organization simpler.
