Feature Requests

This is a very annoying yet easy-to-fix issue. On kanban board, it's very disturbing and misleading to show either 0% or 100% completion, when the task does not have any action item. You say on the tooltip: "0% of subtasks, checklists, and assigned comments completed" which is misleading, because the task does not have any. 0% could mean that there is an action item but not solved. Setting it to 100% when there are no action items implies the task is done, even when it's still in TO DO status. Would be much clearer, if we can see completion only when there is action items to be solved. This could be only a switch in Layout options on Kanban boards.

Example: I have the standard "portfolios" card as a single item on a dashboard. It's a list of projects, status and other pertinent information. When you export or create a report, it only shows what's visible on the card. In the card itself, you can scroll down to see what doesn't initially fit on the screen, but the export doesn't include that, making the report all-but-useless.

This is often done when people use excel to track tasks. There is a publish date which is the absolute final date for all edits and reviews to be finished and then there is a due date that is for the initial pre editing, pre review phase to be completed. Having to do the math for due dates in your head or constantly updating is less reliable.

It would be really nice if we could use custom formulas (custom field) as an option for custom charts on dashboards. Our use case is, when we are tracking expenses we set the vendor at the primary task and then related expenses underneath it. We also have a money column for planned costs, another for actual costs, and a formula column that simply subtracts the planned from the actual costs. By separating them into different fields we are able to better see our budget, what we've spend and how much is left. The problem that we are having is we would like the to use the formula field to see how much we have budgeted and spent for each vendor. For instance, we would love to be able to use a line chart and have each vendor be it's own line. The planned cost would be the first entry and then each actual cost would reduce the line based on when it was entered. We could then see at a glance which vendor we still have some spending power with vs maybe which ones we overspent.

Just as you can display a map by its cover image in the Table view, I would like to be able to display an image on the calendar. Use case: editorial calendar (for posts on social networks) Usefulness: find your posts visually on the calendar and be able to change them by drag and drop without having to open the map.

It would be really useful if you could sort the Discussion by date so you can show the most recent at the top rather than scrolling to the bottom

We should be able to reorder all the bookmarks that we have added to the Bookmark Card, regardless of when they were added to the card. Currently, the oldest bookmark is at the top and there's no way to change this. Example: If we have 5 bookmarks, we should be able to move the 3rd one to the top, and the 2nd one to the bottom.

Inside of a space in the "overview" window we have "Activity view" and "Discussion" windows right next to each other. Activity view is sorted by newest to oldest while discussion board is sorted from oldest to newest. Is there anyway to change the filtering on the discussion window so the newest is at the top?

Please add an option to configure the order of discussion cards (comments, chat messages, etc.) so users can choose to display the newest messages at the top instead of the oldest. This would make it much easier to follow active conversations and keep up with the latest updates.

On the dashboard card, seeing a bar each day is not particularly useful. I need to see actual time. Just a simple number would be great. And not to be greedy, but it would also be great to have daily totals in each column.
