As I checked with Valene, browser notifications do not work properly in Incognito (private) windows on Chromium-based browsers due to browser restrictions. I would like to request an in-app notification system with a sound alert as an alternative to browser notifications. This would allow users to receive notifications even when using Incognito (private) windows. As an example, Gleap ( app.gleap.io ) implements this by playing a sound alert whenever a new ticket is received. This works reliably even in Incognito (private) windows and could serve as a good reference for a similar implementation.

In the browser or desktop version, set the option to automatically open pop-ups close to the expiry of the personal reminder, which remain open until you close it.

Hi! When I use the desktop app and receive a desktop notification, clicking the notification opens a new instance of ClickUp desktop. I would like clicking the notification to open the relevant page in my existing instance of ClickUp. Perhaps this could be a setting, similar to how you can middle click a link in a browser to open as a new tab instead of opening in the current page.

Similar to whatsapp notifications, it will be convenient to mark a notification as read, or reply quickly from the desktop notification banner itself

I mainly use Clickup via browser. Clicking on a browser notif will make it load a new window. Because it keeps on opening a new window, it always needs to load. Loading is super slow. I use slack and it doesn't do this. It will open in the existing slack browser tab almost instantly. No loading time.

Is it possible to change the application notification settings? Especially annoying is the lack of synchronization of the sound notification with an incoming message or information about changes in tasks/projects/comments. As a result, it is necessary to check the application several times after hearing the sound notification.

ClickUp needs your permission to send notifications - Add a never ask again button to this request. There is a Remind, Enable, and X. We need a Stop asking button. It is very frustrating having to close this message all the time.

Create the notification option when the status of a subtask assigned to me is modified

, which is the laziest development team I've ever seen, disrespecting the needs of users. Isn't this feature enough to get a super high priority?

Do not hide the inbox/notifications icon. It is hidden by default (unless there is a setting i've missed) and only appears when I hover over the upper left-hand nav. The entire point of a notification is visibility—it should immediately signal that something needs attention. If I have to hunt for it, it has already failed. This is a fundamental UX mistake.
