Record SyncUps on mobile

I am on SyncUps with my team from my phone CONSTANTLY. But I want to record those calls and it can only be done from the computer, which is inconvenient to get out or if I don’t have it with me, I miss out.

Ability to have SyncUp go over phone speaker

There is no capabilities to use speaker phone with Sync Up making it difficult to see the task and discuss it at the same time.
