It would be extremely useful to have the ability to print or export (as PDF or another format) all checklists within tasks from a Space, Folder, or List. This feature would allow a consolidated view of all checklist items, making it easier to conduct audits, manual tracking, meetings, and sharing with teams who prefer physical records or do not use ClickUp directly. Currently, checklists are only viewable individually within each task. The proposed functionality would include: Bulk export of all checklists; Direct print option with clear formatting (with or without completed status); Ability to filter by date, status, or assignee; Export grouped by List, Folder, or Space. This feature would improve transparency, organization, and productivity, especially for teams that track progress outside digital platforms or need to report activities in a physical format.
