I've implemented this via make.com (formerly Integromat). Unfortunately there seems to be no easy way to share the integration with others :-(

would be great if they would be available to be added as subtasks or could be added as other tasks - with assignments already set.

This would be super nice. Especially if it could integrate with self-hosted versions.
