Agree 100%, the UX on comment replies is not good, they can be hard to find and see.

Please please please can we add this feature! Perhaps a toggle to collapse all / open all replies for the whole task? But I agree, they should be expanded/unfolded by default

Still a problem.

It is easy to reply to a comment from the notifications when you are mentioned. But then as the person who gets notified of the reply I can only agree they do get lost as soon as you clear the notification.

It's also extremely unclear when a reply is even there unless you click on it to expand. It just doesn't catch your eye. It would be better to always have them expanded, or at least have the option to set it that way.

I would even rather have it so that it's impossible to reply through a current reply, but through a new comment.

We were having this conversation today - in the context of whether or not to actually use Clickup because this feature (or lack of it) is so frustrating, and replies get lost.

We have the same problem. Maybe an option for "always expand replies" would be an alternative to do it on default

I agree... there needs to be a way the replies are showing by default if wanted. I am missing replies because i have to go a click each top to make sure someone has not replied. It would be nice if they were opened up if wanted
