Problem

We run webinars for external clients. We record them and share the recordings with attendees afterwards. Right now we have to use Microsoft for this, because it lets us stop recipients from downloading the video or passing it on through an open link. We'd much rather do this in ClickUp, since that's where our AI Notetaker Docs (recording, transcript, summary) already live.

Request

Let us share an AI Notetaker Doc, including its recording, directly with specific external people, with fine-grained permissions:

Named access only: viewers must sign in (as a guest or with a verified email). No public link.

Disable download for the recording, the transcript and Doc exports (PDF/Markdown).

Disable re-sharing: recipients can't invite others or create share links.

Expiry option: access ends automatically after a set date.

Optional: show the recording but hide the transcript or AI summary.

Why it matters

Webinar content is our IP. Without these controls we can't share it from ClickUp and have to keep using a separate tool just for this one step.
