Setting a standard location for new tasks

For my whole workspace, I want to set a standard location for all new created tasks (especially for the ones I create quick&dirty with the command "t").
Actually it is quite simple and you can learn from Apple Calendar: When you create a new event, it will be automatically added to your standard calendar if you do not change this "location".

Another helpful "best practice": In the iPhone App "Things 3" you have a general "inbox" where all new tasks go to in the first place if you don't send them to another location.
As the workspace owner I need to make sure that the workspace stays clean and organized. Many part-time employees don't understand the structure of the workspace so I want them to be able to create tasks, of course, but it should be me who can decides where they will be "stored".
So there needs to be a standard location where all new tasks will spawn ("inbox") if the task creator doesn't set another location.
