Options for the Task Action Bar 'Pop-up'

Hello ClickMates,
If you use the board view, you may find it quite annoying that hovering over the tasks bring the action bars to pop and jump.
I would be glad if there would be a feature to have to click an icon for the actions to pop up, or to have it always pinned on all tasks so that the tasks would look more settled.
