Animate UI for Board View (mockup attached)

The blinking text and icons are a bit jarring when hovering over contents in board view. Please animate them with smooth motions. Secondary information can be visible on-demand.
Opacity & positioning is animated using 4 frames at 60fps
Additional feature:
Option to toggle animations and go back to "Classic" view.
