ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION
A single place to manage Automations. Browse existing, Create custom, Apply to single and multiple lists, folders and spaces from one place & manage usage.
I have 1 automation that I want to apply to roughly 20 lists, this is a real pain at the moment.

Description created by ClickUp after a survey
Users are requesting a centralized location to manage and view all automation throughout their workspace with a large focus on applying a single automation to numerous different locations.
They want to be able to view automations from different spaces, lists, and folders in one place, and to organize and group them based on their triggers or outputs.
Additionally, users want the ability to create, edit, duplicate, and remove automations from a single location, apply automations to multiple locations, and track the history and analytics of each automation.

Hi, looks great! I really miss being able to choose multiple locations for a single automation (similar to how tasks can be in more than one list) and automations at the Everything level (which is why I only use one Space right now)

This is really great!

Looks great! (Zach - ClickUp). One question from my side, as I didn’t see this covered in the video. Are there any plans to introduce the ability to duplicate automations across Spaces? This is currently one of our main challenges, as we spend quite a bit of time recreating them manually.

We would like to be able to assign responsibilities to automations.

We would like to have a filter for our AI governance that shows all automations in the workspace that use AI triggers and actions.

This is really great, thank you for the update. Knowing when It last ran would be useful

Cant wait really good - currently because of different automations we want to build kind a map what is happening and whats the flow, browsing like in demo video will help at least not miss something

This is great and exactly what I wanted.

Echoing what others are saying -- I like what I see so far, but the biggest thing to me is being able to create an automation ONE TIME and then being able to toggle on/off which areas it is firing. No more duplicating an automation and then assigning it to another space/folder/list. And then ideally let's say you have a workspace automation firing, if you create a new space it automatically inherits the workspace automation.

If this item will be rolled out to Business subscribers, I love this. Adding last run and number of times ran would be a bonus. I also like Edgar Cano's question about a workspace wide automation. That would be a cherry on top.
If this is Business Plus, I don't care.
