Fields support for Timeline & Workload

Timeline and Workload does not support almost any fields. They currently only show assignee, title, estimate and parent/list name.
- Add full support for tags, priority, custom fields, etc..
- Add standard component for toggling those fields on/off for each view.

It would be great to see tags in the timeline view so that product teams can see what an item relates to, in our case a theme.

I use the workload view HEAVILY and we use tags to help us understand certain aspects of a task. Having the ability to show tags in the workload view would be greatly beneficial.
I think the workload view options for what to show should line up with the calendar view.
- Tags
- Custom Fields
- Holidays
- Priority
Everything you can add in the calendar view should be able to be added in the workload view too.

It would be nice if we could add our custom views to the task cards that appear in the Time View.
This would allow us to manage as efficiently from Time as we can in List.

It is possible to show Custom Fields on Tasks in Calendar View. Would like to see the same option in Timeline View. Currently, All I can see is the Task Name.

We use Workload view extensively and it works well for us mostly. The only features we find missing are:
- to display priority and tag fields inside workload view. Displayed fields could be configurable the same way as it is done for assignee now (see screenshot). New fields could be displayed near assignee inside chart (also check screenshot)
- also would be nice to add feature to sort tasks within group e.g. by priority (as this is done in some other views)
