Workspace Export includes subtasks and we will be included proper subtask id mapping as part of rolling out this feature request: https://feedback.clickup.com/feature-requests/p/import-full-subtasks-and-nested-subtasks-via-csv-custom-fields-etc

I'm trying to export a Gantt chart as a PDF and even though the subtasks are showing, when it prints as PDF they are not there. I'm having to screenshot the chart for my supervisor which isn't great for presentation.

Hey Jim Mead! Exports should include subtasks already! They look like regular tasks, but you can compare the relationship to the Task ID of the parent like in this example:

Eric Wightman: Hello Eric. Thanks for your reply and this example. I tried my export again and didn't find the subtasks, but then it occurred to me that maybe I needed to expand the subtasks in the view before exporting. When I did that, it showed up in the export file. It seems that to get the full view of everything, you need to select "Everything" and then "Expand All Subtasks". That worked so thank you for responding!

Jim Mead: Awesome! Glad to be able to help!
