Tag guests in email replies, currently only members
I have a guest, a vendor in my website, who will be working on one project and she will be done. She should not be a member, she should be a guest just for that one project. We basically just have to ask her questions on some tasks. We want to make it as easy for her as possible to contribute to clickup so that we dont' have to email her separately and then paste her answers into clickup manually. The easiest way is if she gets notifications when she is tagged on comments. But I can't tag her from email. So that means I have to be working in the app to tag her, which limits my productivity. Would be more productive to tag her in replies when needed so she gets notifications and can respond. I see this was marked Planned in 2018, so not sure if it's helpful to continue contributing to this thread.

Some of our team members prefer to work solely from their email (rather than managing tasks from the ClickUp app). They love that they can reply to a task email to add a comment but would love to have more features added - most notably being able to change a task's status with some kind of command reply like "/In Progress" or "/Complete". That way they don't have to leave their email.

Add Custom task ID as an option to the "Subject Line". At the moment, you can only do task ID.

Would be great if the sender's email address gets added to the task (either in the description along with the message body, or a custom field). This will come in handy for when replying via email from task comments gets rolled out - effectively becoming a ticketing system that allows external clients (non-ClickUp users) to submit a ticket which the internal team can reply to them on.
