I wish you could assign a comment to someone when you email an existing task. Like you can when you email a list to create a task using <assign>.

We have a custom SlackBot that tags users in service notifications now, but they get lost easily nor are they actionable.

This would help us replace dozens of Slack Channels and keet an audit trail.
