Configurable default sharing for AI Notetaker recordings

Add the ability for users and workspace admins in ClickUp to define default sharing rules for AI Notetaker recordings (Clips, AI Notes, meeting summaries).
Currently, recordings are primarily private to the creator, requiring manual sharing or task creation to make them accessible to the team. This leads to information loss and fragmented knowledge sharing.
Introduce configurable default sharing options that determine who automatically gets access to recordings when they are created.
Required sharing options:
Private (only creator)
Share with entire workspace
Share with specific space or list
Share with selected users or teams
Smart share: automatically share with meeting participants (based on calendar / meeting integrations)
Advanced rules (optional): conditional sharing based on meeting type, location, or workspace structure
The system should automatically apply the selected rule at the moment a recording is created, without requiring any manual action from the user.

How it works, is you will be able to choose a type of the notetaker and it will also define sharing - workspace will make meeting note available to the workspace, shared - to meeting invitees (or participants for ad-hoc meetings)
