I'm creating folders. Each space is a client, each folder is an application that the client purchased and the folder is the basic implementation steps/Milestones for that application. It would be great if I could set up each step with a generic assignee (Project Manager, Professional Service Consultant, etc.) and then when the template is loaded into a new space (client), the generic role could be mapped to the actual person assign to the implementation (Project Manager -> Nia L., Professional Services Consultant -> Mandy K, etc).
