Hi, Can I assign tasks to a person or resource who has not be "invited"? That is, we don't need to give them access to ClickUp, but do want to plan their work.

It would be helpful to be able to add assignees by name without needing to "invite" them to ClickUp or connect to their ClickUp account.

this would be helpful. We often assign placeholder resources when we don't know the person who will do the task. We need this to be able to calculate the budget.

Agree we need to be able to assign tasks to people who do not use click up, they do not need to be invited but we still have sight on the plan that it is allocated to them!

This is a very important feature for our program management and external partner work. We routinely work with teams and people who have their own tasks/project management tools and won't be invited to ClickUp, but we need to coordinate tasks between projects
