Arranging of Folders and Lists

It would be nice to arrange folders and lists in any order I prefer. For example I have a general "To Do" list in my space, and I would like it to be at the top of the stack above all of my other folders and lists, but right now the best I can do is put it at the top of all of the lists.

I have the same. I want to have a README doc in top of my shared space, so people will actually see this ;). It's now of the bottom of my space list because of all the folders above.

Got the same Problem. The folder which appears at the top op the list is not that important that it needs to be at the top. Being able to determine the folder and List order would be of great help!

Drag-and-Drop of FolderLESS-Lists does NOT work

Drag-and-drop works fine for folders.
But Drag-and-Drop does NOT work for FolderLESS-Lists.
On dragging and FolderLess List - it can NOT be dropped between 2 folders OR on the TOP.
It is always dropped either INSIDE some folder or AT Bottom only.

I have a To Do list that I would like to sit at the top of my folders.

Yes please. Like Megan, I've created a To Do list to dump items on the run. I'd like it to sit above my folders.

Agree that folderless lists should be allowed to be positioned in whichever order the user desires. There are other threads with similar requests:

Yes, I'm missing it too. It should be possible to place a folderless list above all other folders and lists - or between them.

EDIT: Oh, Nate was faster:-)
I would say that's because it seems each folder-less list is in fact in a hidden unnamed folder (probably unique for the list) and all these are always put below all folders. In fact, having such a list between two folders would make me confused, especially when I open these folders. So I would call this a feature (of course, for further discussion) and not a bug.

Jan Dvořák:
Some type of differentiation using italics / Font etc can always be applied to easily identify folder-less lists.
If folder-less lists are allowed, they should also be allowed to be Placed Anywhere in the sequence - "For the sake of Not breaking the Logical flow of executing-tasks for a user".
It is not always necessary that 10 tasks that I have in a folder-less list will Definitely come in the End of logical sequence, after, say 20 Folders !!!!
Having it anywhere, to fit in the Logical Flow, is Intuitive and Natural only.
