Allow user to Time Track for OTHER users.

A project manager should be able to add time tracking attributed to OTHER users. Currently, if another user has already logged time, an admin can change it, but cannot add time for them from scratch.

To anyone who can't wait for this - we set up individual automations based on whoever was assigned to the task - so IF Person X is assigned to the task THEN time track 1 second for Person X. Admins can then go in and edit that 1 second to make it however long they need. Works fine as an interim solution 👍

Hey Everyone! We've got two projects in the works that address this ask. One is a follow up project to the timesheet (https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/centralized-timesheet-view-w-multiple-view-options) where we'll add a team view that allows for quickly auditing, editing, and creating time entries for others. The timesheet is about to go into beta and we are currently designing the team view that will be a quick follow up addition.
The other project, which is also currently in design, is a revamp of the main time tracking pop-up you see throughout the app. We'll be adding a user select to it so if you have permission, you can create time entries for others.

Luke Flegg: The pinned comment on the timesheets Canny request linked above has a sign up form. The team view that will allow tracking for other users will come after the beta though as a small follow up project.

This is an absolute non-negotiable for any Creative Agency that needs to be transparent with time spent for clients. It takes me hours every week to manually ask staff to add hours. Totally inefficient.

There are definitely issues with getting time into the system (this request) as well as getting time out of the system (other requests), but please do not wait until you have everything lined up before you start this one thing.
As a project manager
I want to be able to add time on behalf of others
So that I can ensure that all time is being captured in one place
Given a project manager with admin rights is logged in,
When they access a task line and use the existing time track facility,
Then they should be able to add time on behalf of any appropriately authorized member or guest.
Given a project manager with admin rights is viewing a specific task,
When they access the time entries for that task,
Then they should see all individual time entries for all appropriately authorized members and guests and have full edit capability.
Given a project manager with admin rights has added time for an appropriately authorized team member or guest on a task line,
When they view the summary of the time entries,
Then the added time should be accurately reflected and attributed to the correct member or guest.
Given a project manager with admin rights is editing a time entry on the task line,
When they make changes and save,
Then the changes should be immediately visible and correctly updated in the system.
Given a project manager with admin rights is viewing all appropriately authorized members' or guests' individual time entries for a specific task,
When they attempt to delete a particular time entry,
Then the entry should be removed, and the total time for that task should be updated accordingly.
Given an appropriately authorized team member or guest views their own task line,
When the project manager with admin rights has added or edited time on their behalf,
Then the team member or guest should see the updated time entries, but they should still have the ability to edit the entries made by the project manager.

I have an automation that when I change the status the time tracked is filled, then just admins can delete. I need members have the permission to edit or delete this.

We have been waiting a really long time for this feature, seeing how many people have requested it as well, it is frustrating not to see it available yet. It is becoming a bit of a deal breaker for us to continue using our subscription.
