Add more filters to Inbox (Location, Status, Priority, etc.)
planned
Guy Mannerings
It would be great to get some more filter options, to only see Activity and Messages from certain areas or Tasks.
E.g., Location filter, or a filter by notifications where the Task has a certain Custom Field.

Inbox per Space
Yarty Kim
Hi team,
Would love to see the Inbox feature be part of each individual space.
E.g. I have a space for specific projects and businesses. However, the current inbox setup has all of my tasks and projects shown.
It would be great to see a new view labeled "Inbox" so we can view our reminders and tasks specific to each space.
Thanks!

Separate Tasks by Space or List in Inbox
Sali Kaceli
It would be nice to be able to separate the tasks by Space in Inbox. After all, that is where all the work trickles down on a day-by-day basis when you have a lot of projects going on at the same time. Current sort options are very limited and include: Priority, Status, Dates. It would be nice to include Space and/or list.

A filter of Inbox activities by Spacee
Adelmo C. G.
It would be very useful to have a filter of Inbox activities by Spacee. As all activities in progress appear there, and not just those that are to be completed on the current day, the number of activities can be very large and time is lost to evaluate the most relevant for a given hour of work, when we use more than a Space to provide services to different customers.

Notification Filtering & Breadcrumb Display

For improved notification management, we're looking to filter notifications by workspace and folder levels. Additionally, the new inbox should display the source space and folder for each notification, allowing us to quickly identify the context.

Sort inbox by list and folder to optimize inbox for PRODUCTIVITY instead of REACTIVITY
Lasse Schuirmann
Our team is complaining about the amount of context switches when going through the inbox.
We believe that the grouping by date for notifications makes absolutely no sense when we optimize for PRODUCTIVITY. We want to group things by context.
I've hacked together a proof of concept that messes a bit with my inbox and uses the API so it can be grouped by list and if I can get it semistable we'll likely test it with our team; see attached screenshot.

Location-Specific INBOX View for Lists and Folders
Abraham Gluck
I’m interested in knowing if there are any plans to implement a feature that allows creating a view within any list, folder, or space. Specifically, I’d like the ability to create a view at the list or folder level that displays the INBOX items relevant to that specific location. For example, it would show all INBOX items associated with a particular list, folder, or space.
Is this feature currently on the roadmap? If so, could you point me to it? If not, could you please consider creating one? I believe this would be a valuable addition.
Additionally, I’d love to see a filter option within the INBOX itself that allows filtering by location, though the first option would be even more effective.

Inbox Filters

It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to filter the inbox based on the specific space a task, comment, or notification is related to. This would significantly improve efficiency for Project Managers who manage multiple spaces (or "accounts") within the platform.
Currently, when viewing mentions or comments in the inbox, there is no immediate way to identify which space they belong to without clicking into each notification. This adds unnecessary steps and administrative work.
Introducing a space-based filter for the inbox would allow users to quickly organize and view only the notifications relevant to a particular space, saving time and streamlining task management across multiple projects.

Please allow combined filters (e.g. mentioning me + assigned to me). Also filters should be saved to avoid setting them every day. Thank you
