Search Dropdown Custom Field

We have a lot of options in a dropdown Custom Field, and we are constantly scrolling through that list when selecting it on mobile. On the webapp, you can type in the first few letters and find the option you need quickly. We really need this function on mobile!

When using the App on our tablets we can't search a dropdown field. We can only scroll and that is insane to do when there are 1000 options. On the computer we can search but not on the app. Please fix.

We are closing this feature request as we work to make better use of our feedback boards! Removing old and stale posts will increase the communication between the ClickUp team and our users, as well as allow us to hear more of your great ideas!

We are working on a new Task view so we are rewriting of the functionality. I think we can make it part of the new Task view, but I am not sure it will be in the old one.
The new one is set to go to beta customers in the next month or so, possibly sooner. I can make sure that you are on our beta list so you are first to have it!
I will also take a look at the code right now for the old version and see how difficult it would be to add. I will let you know here with my findings!

Josh Hipsman: Our mobile app code is entirely separate from the web code so it still requires a bit of effort on our side. I will take a look and report back!
