Could you please remove the shortcut for "add new member" at the top of the Android app?

It seems like such a waste of valuable space that could be used for something else, or could just be left blank to make the app look cleaner.

How often are people adding new members that they need it in such a prominent position, instead of it just behind the settings menu?
