Notes - Less Clicks and a widget

I just want to make a quick note!!!!
By the time I've opened the app, created a "notepad", created a note, intelligently named the note.... Then wait for an approval from the server to create the note with nothing in it.... Now, and only now, can I write down the quick thing I wanted to note but guess what.... I forgot it.
Thanks.
This is not hard to get right!!!
Step 1. Open app.
Step 2. Create note. And DONE!
you are on a page that has the title but you can enter the actual note immediately.
Even better.... Create a widget, just like you did with create a task (this widget kind of sucks in action tho). In this case
STEP 1. CREATE A NOTE. DONE.
it's just that easy. You can send my consultation cheque in the mail.

Would homescreen widgets help? Or do you still think there should be fewer taps inside of the app too?
Joey
Guy I believe you may have given this feedback in the past, too!

Joey yes a widget would work.

Joey are these development screenshots? Because I've updated the app and there are no widgets like you have. Just a reminder and create task

Joey A widget would certainly help in general, but I also don't like cluttering up my phone screen so would not only want that. Also, if you have a bunch of different icons for different ClickUp features, it can end up being slower to find the right one than just opening ClickUp and doing it. Plus, mentally, I want to open ClickUp to do ClickUp tasks.
So in-app is preference and priority for me.
I think OP has it right, in that we just need to be able to open a new note quickly and add the title, etc, right from there, instead of having to go through multiple steps to start typing the note.
I think "Create --> New Note", which opens a note ready to go, where you can add the title.
Generally, it is odd that a button called "Create" doesn't actually create; it just takes you to Notepad. Whereas all the other buttons do create (well, Chat kind of does).
Thanks for the tag!
