Hello ClickUp team,
I would like to suggest that they add the option to hide completed subtasks in the mobile version of the application. Currently, even if the subtasks are marked as completed, they still appear in the list and this generates visual noise, making daily management from the cell phone difficult. This function already exists in the web version and it would be very helpful to have it also in the mobile app to keep the focus only on pending tasks.

Mobile Checklist Default

I was hoping this would be addressed on 3.0 mobile, but it is still the same. On mobile, it is important to default to only open checklist items, or to provide a filter so that the user can set a preference. When you use checklists with many items, it is rare that you want to see all completed items on mobile (or even web/app IMHO), and you can accidentally uncheck something.

Please give us this feature!! It's nightmare to scroll through all "done" items..

Any updates here?

As a new user to ClickUp, I like using Checklists because of how I can group them. However, the fact that completed checklist items don't disappear from view is annoying. I had a list of errands the other day, and I wanted to just see what errands were left. My brain doesn't want to scan all the tasks every time to see which ones aren't checked.
Also, the ability to re-order checklist items on mobile would also be fantastic. I wanted to re-arrange the errands based on my route, but i was unable to do that.

Bumping this - any update on this feature request?

Is there any update on this? It really seems like a basic feature of a checklist that was missed in mobile. Closer to a bug than a feature request IMHO.

I would like this feature as well

Hi! Sorry, this post was mistakingly closed early. We have a task to add that Show Closed toggle but haven't added it quite yet.
Still in progress!

Joey Any update on this, please? Really inconvenient not to be able to turn off completed items in the ipad app. Thanks

Joey, can you point to the specific instructions on how to do this? When I click on a checklist within a task, I still see all of the completed items, and I have no menu or options to change the view. Thanks
