When I’m already in “assigned to me” and I want to add a new task I should just be able to start writing a new task without having to navigate out and somewhere else

I hope you're doing well.

I would like to suggest an improvement for the mobile app, specifically for the My Work section. Currently, this view only displays tasks that have been directly assigned to the user. However, it does not include tasks assigned to teams of which the user is a member.

It would be extremely helpful if the My Work section could also aggregate tasks assigned to the user's teams, alongside individually assigned tasks. This integration would provide a more complete overview of personal and team responsibilities, especially for users who manage or participate in multiple team-based projects.

Everything else in the mobile experience works great — this is just one small addition that could significantly improve task visibility and personal workload management.

Create a view that is dedicated to simple Data entry only.

Hide all buttons (e.g. add property, add sub task)

Hide relationship fields

Only need ordered list of fields for data entry and ability to add and view attachments.

Hide labels such as custom fields (user does not need to know the field type)

We should have the ability to rearrange tasks on the homepage in mobile like we do on the desktop app.

Please add a mobile view for tasks. Steal from Apple reminders or Todoist. Right now trying to see tasks on mobile is like looking through an excel doc that doesn’t fit on the screen. It’s clunky and makes the mobile app almost unusable.

Just be able to have a more in depth personal list being able to have your own sets of views and filters and be able to customise the personal list as you would a normal list with different views docs etc would be amazing, to also have a section on the side pinned to quickly access personal list on the side with docs dashboards clips etc would be an amazing addition

I’m having difficulty tracking the work of the rest of my team. I’m a field worker and only carry a phone, I’m not carrying a tablet or laptop with me.

Basically create a separate view for both mobile and computer, to basically have a more focussed Todo list view which would help greatly when viewing tasks on mobile, instead of having a list view just a more minimalistic Todo list view aimed more for checking off tasks and sub tasks where you can check off tasks easier without having to change statuses but by checking them off I guess a view that’s similar to such things such as Todoist or a notions ‘list view”

Hope all that makes sense, would make things so much easier to navigate between phone and computer

The “My Tasks” page can be greatly simplified because there are a lot of redundancies that just add bloat to the page. To start, Just get rid of the “my tasks” button because it’s unnecessary. We’re already on the my tasks page so we don’t need a button of the same name because everything on that page is already “my tasks”. Then remove everything on the bottom of the page because it’s just adding unnecessary clutter. Finally you can just add a “personal list” button. I promise these changes would make this page far more usable.

The my task page is completely directionless. It’s a very redundant page. There’s no reason why anything on that page can’t simply be put on something like the homepage for simplicity and consolidation. The homepage and my task page have been running contrary to each other for quite some time now. And the UI of these pages are so different it often feels like they are running on two different apps. Please simplify this experience, You guys are making the mobile app harder and harder to use with every upgrade!!
