Make Forms Fillable In-App

Currently forms are "usable" but redirect to an external web-browser. Forms should be directly fillable within the app.
Our use case is that our office staff use desktop to handle data flow, but field guys all gather data using the mobile version. Mobile needs some attention to make data gathering less clunky.

Help me understand your field team’s workflow: when they tap a form on mobile and it jumps out to the browser, what’s the biggest snag they hit? Is it slow loading, losing their connection or drafts, awkward photo or signature uploads, or something else that makes data gathering feel choppy?

Joey The company I represent is a medium sized grain/cattle farm. We use ClickUp for project management and data analysis.
Administrative staff are overall much more proficient with technology than are the field workers. ClickUp is branded as an "everything app for work". Our goal is to have a single app where all data is gathered, using as few steps possible to achieve this.
Example workflow:
Cattle managers must use a form to track doctoring, pasture moves, feeding, births, deaths, etc. In order to accomplish this, currently they must:
- navigate to the correct form within the app. Home>Space>Folder>Form (this step is removed if the user sets the form as a Favourite)
- change view from List to Form (ideally we would be able to set the Form as the default view on mobile)
- click a button to open the form in another app
Ideal workflow:
- user selects the Form from Favorites section
- Form is immediately presented within the app and can be submitted directly
Any instance where a user has to leave the app in order to accomplish data collection represents a bottleneck in workflow. A primary difficulty in accomplishing effective data collection in the field is that workers are in a "live", "dynamic" environment (such as handling cattle, horses, or working with equipment). For this reason, the fewer steps required to get that data into the app, the better.
The current workaround is to have the web form installed as a home-screen app. However, this still requires leaving ClickUp mobile to find the form on the home screen.
