Join and start Zoom calls on Mobile

At the moment you can join zoom calls through the desktop, but users who try and call in on mobile cannot see the join button in the activity feed. This is helpful for those who call in with their computers, but also call in with their phones because the service is more reliable.

As some team members only use the App, we need a function to be able to start a zoom meeting directly from the mobile app.
