Please improve the app’s UI/UX because it’s really confusing to get around it. It’s not as clean and smooth to navigate as the desktop app…

Hi there!!
First off, I LOVE CLICKUP and having said that I find it very unintuitive when I'm trying to navigate both on desktop and mobile which means I am constantly learning how-to do things by chatting in live and your support reps are THE BEST and having said that it is very time consuming and I am about to transfer a csc file from an app I used to use called Gqueues which integrates with Google specifically and I just checked out their updated mobile app and it's super clean and they also have their intercom chat bot accessible right in rheobile app where unless I'm mistaken, CLICKUP is only email support from the mobile app.
I hope the mobile app is developed soon so I can use it primarily and not have to be inside my laptop all the time.
