I can't use the mobile app without squinting in either light or dark mode. Generally, fonts too small, or have too little contrast. Can we agree that this is something which only the USER can decide what is best for their themselves? So please let the user decide by providing a font size control. For design and functionality reference, look at the outstanding personal organizer called TickTick.

As someone with sharp vision, I appreciate the productivity boost that comes with effective zoom out functionality in mobile apps. A zoom in/out feature would significantly increase usage, especially for those working on the go and in remote environments.
I'm looking forward to seeing this enhancement!

I find the text and various cards to be quite large.
List view elements are quite large, and not much information is able to be displayed on the screen at once.
I would like scaling options so I can make elements smaller and get more on the screen at one time.

Text to speech!!!! Essential for dyslexic people! Why so long? This makes your app completely unusable for those who need to have text read back to them - especially in the activity area. If this doesn’t come soon we will have to leave ClickUp

We have rolled out text scaling to 50% of mobile users today. We are going to monitor for issues, but if there isn't any major problems then 100% will be rolled out this week!
Our text scaling matches your device settings, so if you set your iPhone or Android phone to use a larger font size, then our app will use a larger font as well. Same with smaller font.

The font size scales with your phone. If your phone font setting is larger than the default, then our font will be larger too.

Thanks Joey: I have tested the scaling and I can see that the font size of a lot of the displayed text in the iOS app now changes as I adjust the font size in settings. However, the key place where I need larger fonts is when I am editing docs on my phone. This text currently remains unchanged and too small. To repeat for clarity, the text of docs changes in size when simply viewing the doc, but when I seek to edit the document, the font remains the same size and is too small. What should I now expect to happen next? Thanks again.

Joey Hey Joey! Any chance this could be an in-app setting instead of matching the device?
I find ClickUp's elements to be too large, but my phone elements are good.
So I have no way to scale the ClickUp app elements as it's locked to my phone scaling, unless I want to change the scaling of my phone too.
I feel it would be better to make this a user setting instead of locking it to the phone's settings.

Agree. The text size in the mobile app should automatically use the same text size as the one the user selected for their phone. It is an accessibility issue for people with low vision.
