Hi everyone!
Next month, we're focusing on making the AI experience on mobile much better. We know there’s a lot of room for improvement, and we want your input to help guide us. We sent out a similar survey in December so this is digging deeper based on your responses and also taking into account some new trends in the AI mobile space.
Could you take a minute to fill out this quick survey? https://click-up.typeform.com/to/ctgDrQj2
Thank you so much!!

AI models in mobile apps

The ability to choose which AI model and view chat history should be included in the mobile apps. I cannot cancel ChatGPT until I have the ability to use AI mobile.

Joey Can you please add the AI button to Locations, we see can ask about them?
E.g., adding it to List level, so we can ask about contents of a List.
Guy Mannerings
Also, can you please turn off the vibration every time AI puts out a word?
Joey
Guy Mannerings: Do you think it would be better if it was less intense? Our Android haptics always seem too strong to me. Do you agree?
Or do you dislike all haptics in all apps?
Guy Mannerings
Joey I just think it's unnecessary to vibrate on every word. It just means you are sitting there with your phone vibrating. But what is the purpose?
Sure, if it vibrates at the end (or maybe even at the start), that could make sense. But there is no need for it to vibrate on every word.
Haptics are only needed to confirm to you something has happened where you have input something - like typing on the phone screen keyboard. But it's not needed when it's giving something back to you, where you are not doing something and don't need confirmation.
Hence, it only really makes sense at the end on the last word (and maybe the first to acknowledge it has started answering).

Joey Outside of that, not sure I notice elsewhere that they are strong, as this is the only time it puts out a lot of vibration that I can think of.

Can you make it so that it doesn't Summarise a Task automatically when you click the AI button? I don't want to have to wait for that to ask it the thing I actually want it to do.
Joey
Guy Mannerings: Planned! Totally annoys me too.

Joey Great!

AI on any screen on mobile

Could we get the ability to use AI on any screen on ClickUp mobile? Like lists, etc.
Right now, we can only access it from the home screen.

If ClickUp is really committed to this AI concept and we're going to have the ClickUpAI tool inside the desktop app then you guys should really add it to the phone as well. It should be added as a feature in the ClickUp mobile app or as a standalone mobile app that can be called on and easily accessed like Siri or Google. It would make it a lot more useful allowing us to seamlessly connect our physical life with our digital task management via a convenient voice assistant. In fact, it would be more like a real assistant than any other industry attempt so far because it is connected directly to our tasks in a productivity app.

I'm loving the AI options. Would be even better if I could tell it what I need it to do

To differentiate from competitors like Notion, it’s essential to prioritize seamless mobile integration. I frequently use mobile devices, particularly my iPhone, which offers a superior experience compared to the iPad version. Despite being the same, the interface seems more tailored for iPhones or Android devices than for iPads. Integrating AI capabilities is crucial, as it allows me to maximize functionality while away from my PC and eliminates the need for additional AI tools. This feature is particularly vital for enhancing effectiveness on smaller screens.

Hi, I would like the clickup ai to be in the mobile app. The only ai is the ai in the task. Saddly that ai can only enter 1 task. Please make it be in the bottom bar in the app
