Chat should be more responsive

We transferred to ClickUp because of the Chat feature but after using it for a few days we noticed the Chat is not so responsive. It's not fast. I have to manually refresh it to see who messaged me.
Some messages are sent in different order because of the unresponsiveness or whatever it is.
